A recent National Geographic poll showed that more than 77 percent of the public believes that aliens from another planet have visited the earth at some point in history. It’s disturbing enough when a person vanishes without a trace. During the 1940s and early 1950s, a string of strange disappearances occurred around Glastenbury Mountain in Vermont. Theories range from alien abduction, to Bigfoot, to dimensional gateways, to a serial killer on the loose. The strange events that occurred throughout the region led to a writer dubbing it The Bennington Triangle.
